TAPE MEETING A tape meeting is a meeting in which we listen to a tape of one of Joel's many classes. There is a silent meditation before and after the tape. BOOK STUDY A book study is a meeting in which one of Joel's books is read aloud by those in the meeting. Going around the room, each person reads a paragraph or two followed by meditation. MEDITATION Meditation is silent prayer. It is the main method we use to feel the presence of God. Joel taught and wrote extentively about this subject. See the "The Art of Meditation."
